We start the planning six months to a year prior to your event [sometimes less] and continue the process all the way to the day of. We also believe in maintaining contact for successful follow up. In the initial planning stages, we find out what your organization has done in the past, what your goals are, not only this year, but where you would like your organization to be in three, five even ten years from now. We help organize everything from check-in to check-out. We discuss all aspects of the live auction and the silent auction, from the timeline of starting the live to closing the silent. We show you how to work your fund-a-need, when to put it into your auction event and when to add or eliminate other revenue sources. Together we believe that by assisting your committees in these and many other areas, we can help achieve a successful and profitable evening.
